Mind Control Cotton Crew

Coming up with this shirt came from being around bipolar schizophrenic people all day long at my job. This got me thinking about WTF happened to mental institutions in this country and how they used to help these people. It's a long story, but with modern medicine, the Reagan administration shut them down. They used to use electroconvulsive therapy, which would give a seizure-like process and would supposedly relieve the symptoms. This shirt is just that. Insane process for the insane.
